Job summary

Exclusive Mark (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Inventory Specialist to optimize stock and ensure GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance within the food and beverage supply chain in Malaysia.

You will plan and coordinate warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, manage ERP/MRP processes, and work closely with shipping teams to ensure timely export loading and local deliveries while minimizing demurrage and delays.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control and GMP-compliant operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning.
• Understanding of ISO, Sugar Tax and OH&S regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all inventory activities in the warehouse.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of inventories.
• Monitor safety stock levels and raise purchase requisitions.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO for materials and finished goods.
• Run MRP in ERP software system.
• Coordinate export loading and local deliveries to minimize demurrage.
