Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia invites applications for an HR Operations Executive focusing on Time and Attendance based in Johor Bahru. You will support end-to-end attendance, onboarding requirements, and HR helpdesk activities, ensuring accurate records and timely responses to employee and business queries.

Key duties include maintaining T&A systems (SAP/SuccessFactors), processing time records, leaves, and payroll interfaces, plus onboarding coordination, background checks, and PEMC where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin or HR.
• 4–6 years in HR Operations/HRSS or similar.
• SAP-SF experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of local statutory and labour laws.
• Experience with large employee size helpdesk tools.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & induction support with accurate records.
• HR helpdesk handling 40+ tickets daily and SLA adherence.
• Time & Attendance system maintenance and payroll interfaces.
• BGV & PEMC coordination and compliance.
• Prepare T&A reports for audits and management review.
