Job summary
METTLER TOLEDO INTERNATIONAL, INC is seeking a technically skilled helpdesk support specialist to assist customers and internal teams. You will resolve issues via calls and emails, operate the virtual studio system, and provide training.
You will also coordinate with the USA helpdesk and overseas sales on product testing, logistics, and remote demos. A shift schedule including weekends/public holidays is required.
Qualifications
- Completed technical education in automation or mechatronics.
- At least 2 years in service or maintenance support.
- English preferred; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support technical helpdesk and resolve issues via calls and emails.
- Assist product tests and ensure timely test requests.
- Operate the virtual studio system for demos and training.
- Provide technical training support as needed.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
- Collaborate with USA helpdesk for smooth processes and development.
- Respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with overseas sales on testing logistics and product tests.
- Assist Market Manager with remote demos and training.
