Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc seeks a skilled IT Operations professional to run global workplace operations, focusing on SSCM, Intune, and Azure AD in a large enterprise environment. You will transition projects into operations and drive continual improvements across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• 2+ years experience in solution design within a global Enterprise environment (>10,000 users) using Microsoft products (O365, Azure, SCCM, Intune).
• Experience operating and administering Standardized Clients for Microsoft Windows and Client Management Systems for Windows and iOS.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Run global workplace operations for SSCM, InTune, and Azure AD using Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Transition new solutions from project to operations.
• Build knowledge to support new features deployed by project teams.
• Ensure sustainable operations and integrate with other Solution Areas across the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues raised by Global Service Desk / Level 1 Support.
• Support requirements gathering and design for operational change requests.
• Drive reduction of end user incidents via root cause analysis and QA.
• Assess change requests for feasibility, effort, risk and cost estimates.
• Act as technical lead in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Run global workplace operations - specifically Client (SSCM), Mobile Device Management (InTune) and Azure Active Directory operations utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies
• Transition / assume responsibility for new solutions from project team into operations
• Build knowledge and know-how to support new features and functions deployed by project teams
• Responsible for a sustainable operations within the Workplace Solution Area as well as its integration with other Solution Areas along the whole solution lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and identify issues raised by the Global Service Desk / Level 1 Support
• Support requirements gathering and design for operational change requests
• Drive the reduction of end user incidents through root cause analysis and end to end quality assurance
• Assess and plan change requests for technical feasibility, effort and risk including cost estimates
• Act as technical lead in implementation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support Operations Team members within respective areas to build collaboration, knowledge and expertise across the entire team

What You Need to Succeed

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems (or a related field), or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience and expert knowledge in solution design within a global Enterprise environment (>10'000 users) in Microsoft products such as O365, Azure, SCCM, Intune, etc
• Operating, administering and managing Standardized Clients for Microsoft Windows
• Operating, administering and managing Client Management Systems for MS Windows, Apple IOS
