Job summary

OKX is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner to support APAC Compliance Ops / Global Business Services. You will advise stakeholders, build a robust talent pipeline, and own end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, global environment. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, market mapping, and promoting our Employer Brand.

You will attract top talent, collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and help shape a diverse, high-performing team across borders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle end to end, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and close
• Proven ability to take initiative, achieve goals, and effectively manage multiple demands across different teams/projects
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate key hiring metrics, proposing actionable solutions to enhance the candidate experience and improve pipeline quality
• Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin, as the role involves collaboration with global, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with an ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers in the Compliance Ops / Global Business Services departments, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the APAC talent market
• Devise innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust pipeline for Compliance Ops / Global Business Services roles
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Drive the internal and external promotion of our Employer Brand
• Conduct thorough market and industry mapping for the assigned portfolios
