The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong English communication, and a strategic mindset to support international business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.

• Experience with international recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement talent acquisition initiatives and hiring plans.
• Design and execute employer branding activities to attract high-quality talent.
• Lead recruitment processes, interviews, screenings and onboarding.
• Source candidates creatively and manage international hiring needs.
• Prepare KPI reports and partner with C&B on pay equity.
• Oversee HR/recruiting/onboarding team and ensure smooth onboarding.
