Job summary

Georg-Fischer is seeking a capable HR Generalist to join the APAC People team, supporting HR operations, recruitment, development, and compensation across multiple markets. You will partner with local teams and leaders to drive people initiatives in a fast-paced regional environment.

The role requires 5–8 years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams. Mandarin is a plus, and travel within APAC may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR experience in a regional or multinational setting.
• Strong hands-on in recruitment and talent development.
• Experience with compensation, benefits and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle across APAC markets.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for regional key roles and onboarding.
• Coordinate learning, development, and performance management programs.
• Assist in compensation, benefits reviews and HR reporting.
