Job summary

Green Cubes Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Shipping Executive in Petaling Jaya, Selangor to manage import/export operations, coordinate forwarders, review shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs and ISO 9001 standards.

You will work under the Senior Executive, handle inquiries from customers and suppliers, track shipments, and help streamline the supply chain while building strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or above with at least 2 years experience.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Business level English – able to communicate with suppliers, customers and agents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate forwarder to ensure prompt movement of shipments (import/export).
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy and update forwarder.
• Track, identify and fix shipping errors.
• Handle import clearance and shipping documents.
• Uphold ISO 9001 standards and oversee production timelines.
• Develop processes to make supply chain more efficient and organized.

About the role

As a Shipping Executives (Junior) at Green Cubes Technology Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's import and export operations. Reporting to the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of goods, compliance with customs regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners. This full-time position is based in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor office.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating forwarder to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

Responding to customers and suppliers inquiries and referring to the proper channel

Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management

Receive and review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and update to the forwarder

Track, identify and fix shipping errors

Ensure accuracy of order records and shipping documents

Making special shipping arrangements as necessary

Prepare bills and invoices

Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

Oversee production timelines

Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

To handle import clearance and shipping documents

Uphold the quality management system by ISO 9001 standards

Execute any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as and when assigned by the Management

Familiar with RMCD licensing and IATA Dangerous Goods regulations is a bonus

Possessed SPM (with at least 2 years experiences) and above.
