Job summary

SENAR DHF Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export shipments, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and coordinate with suppliers and customers. You will prepare documentation, track shipments, resolve delays, and support sales and project teams.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia and ability to work under pressure are essential. This role requires attention to detail, negotiation skills, and the ability to work after hours

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of logistic experience.
• Able to use MS Office application ie : Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible and strong problem-solving abilities person.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Flexible and able to work after working hours or weekend.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Solid negotiation skills and possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including HS codes and permits.
• Preparing import and export documentation such as invoice, packing list.
• Contact customers or suppliers to confirm the collection or delivery dates, times, and locations.
• Plan, arrange and coordinate with logistics/transport service providers, forwarders and custom clearance agents to ensure local, import and export shipments are handled in a smooth and proper manner.
• Serve as the point of contact for handing over or receiving the shipments.
• Work with the project team and production team to plan and arrange the shipments.
• Monitor the incoming and delivery shipment and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or logistics/shipment issues immediately.
• Update the incoming and delivery shipment tracking log with all shipping documents and share to respective departments in a timely manner.
• Compile and file all shipping documents in a proper manner as department records and hand over a set to Finance/Account in a timely manner.
• Provide support to the Sales/Project Department in servicing clients on the logistics when require.
