TikTok's Search-Model Data team provides labeling services across more than 20 countries and 18 languages to support training and testing of search models for ranking, recommendations, ads, and security. You will deliver high-quality output and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain standards.

The role emphasizes daily audits, feedback loops, and backfilling gaps in market support, with opportunities to influence guideline updates and production workflows in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to collect, organize, and synthesize information from multiple inputs.
• Strong analytical thinking and abstraction skills.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft structured content.
• High attention to detail with broad context awareness.
• Comfortable with evolving guidelines and ambiguous instructions.
• Experience in research, content creation, LLM, editorial review, or analytical writing.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate independently and with stakeholders to deliver high quality output.
• Regular calibration meetings to maintain knowledge and standards.
• Coordinate with Product Operation to align with guideline updates.
• Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors and feedback.
• Escalate RCAs through the appropriate process when needed.
• Be available to backfill temporary gaps in market support.
