Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years' experience in quality management in a major tech or media company.
• Recent and minimum 4 years experience as Team Lead/Content Manager/Technical Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local search operation team to high standards.
• Ensure services align with TikTok's values, policies, and procedures.
• Lead localization, QA, data analysis, RCA, and reporting for Search Ops policies.
