Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Transport Management professional in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate sea freight shipments, track vessel movements, and ensure on-time delivery. You will manage bookings, liaise with forwarders and internal stakeholders, and proactively address delays.

The role offers exposure to global logistics, cross-functional collaboration, and a hybrid work arrangement with three days remote per week, complemented by comprehensive medical coverage and annual leave.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight operations.
• Hands-on experience in shipment coordination or booking.
• Exposure to sea freight operations is preferred; land or air experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment bookings and transport arrangements, primarily for sea freight.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Track shipments, vessel movements, and delivery timelines.
• Handle shipment delays and disruptions proactively.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
• Prepare and verify transport documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
