Job summary

BigHire in Malaysia is seeking a Freight Logistics Executive for our Kelana Jaya office in Petaling Jaya. This permanent, full-time role offers a 5-day work week and a salary range of RM2,800–RM4,000 per month, with opportunities to manage end-to-end sea freight shipments and quotations.

Your duties include coordinating shipments from origin to destination, negotiating freight rates, updating customers on status, and providing accurate service to clients and overseas partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics/Shipping Management or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in logistics or freight forwarding is favorable.
• Strong English communication and high attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from origin to destination, including documentation and tracking.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates with carriers.
• Update customers on shipment status and handle inquiries from clients and overseas agents.
• Execute freight movements for exports and imports and ensure timely delivery.
