Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to bridge external global clients with internal supply chain teams, managing LTSA for marine engine spare parts and services from our Kuala Lumpur hub.

The role coordinates quotes, orders, logistics and parts delivery, and serves as the main operational contact between international clients and global supply chain teams. Hybrid work with monthly allowances supports travel, mobile, and wellness claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or supply chain logistics.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with global clients and teams.
• Good operational problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a pioneer environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate quotes, sales orders, logistics, and parts delivery for marine engine products.
• Serve as the main operational contact between international clients and global supply chain teams.
• Manage customer accounts to support Long-Term Service Agreements across assigned regions.
• Track order status and resolve delivery issues to meet operational KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with overseas technical experts to address customer product inquiries.
