Job summary

Shipco Transport Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an Airfreight Coordinator to manage bookings, documentation, and day-to-day airfreight operations.

You will act as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with IATA rules, and accurate tracking and tracing of shipments. We value teamwork, strong networks with airfreight carriers, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the Air freight industries.
• Good knowledge and familiar with local and international governmental, customs, airlines and hazardous cargo regulations.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision.
