STARTON INDUSTRIAL (M) SDN.BHD. is seeking an Export Coordinator in Malaysia to manage PO processing, coordinate shipments, and liaise with freight forwarders and customers. You will ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and proactive updates to customers.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, cross-department collaboration, and strong communication with overseas partners to maintain smooth export operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external logistics providers.
• Proficiency in handling export documentation and shipping records.
• Attention to detail in processing orders and maintaining records.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review and process purchase orders (POs) from local and overseas customers ensuring accuracy of order details, pricing, quantities and delivery requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with local and overseas customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, product availability and other sales-related matters.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements for local and overseas orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and logistics providers to arrange export shipments and monitor shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with the production and warehouse departments to monitor order progress, stock availability, production status and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on pending orders, backorders and shipment arrangements to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Assist in preparing export documentation and ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete.
• Track shipment status and provide customers with updates on delivery arrangements and estimated arrival dates.
• Handle customer enquiries, order amendments, delivery issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales orders, customer information, shipment details and related documentation.
