Job summary

Shipping World Logistics Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Export Coordinator to handle shipment documentation and coordinate activities with overseas agents.

The role requires accurate pre-alerts, invoicing verification, and timely dispatch coordination to ensure smooth export operations. The ideal candidate has at least SPM, basic MS Office skills, and 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding. Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle Export shipment activity with regards to documentation and coordinator.
• Deliver accurate information/pre-alerts to overseas agents.
• Handle and monitor invoicing by verifying bills.
• Generate monthly sales report and job costing for the Management.
• Coordinate closely to ensure deliveries are dispatched in timely manner.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.
