Job summary

Good Gear Solution Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support sales activities, customer coordination, and day-to-day commercial operations.

The role involves travelling overseas for business and exhibitions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will assist with enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups, while maintaining records and supporting marketing material preparation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales support or sales coordination.
• Experience arranging exhibitions/trade shows and booth booking.
• Willingness to travel overseas for exhibitions and visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and order follow-up.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, production, logistics and technical teams.
• Maintain sales records, customer information, reports and documentation.
• Assist with import/export and delivery coordination.
• Support preparation of sales presentations, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Handle exhibition and trade-show arrangements, including booth booking and registrations.
• Attend and support local and overseas exhibitions, trade shows and customer visits.
• Follow up with customers before and after exhibitions.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues when customers require product or technical information.
