Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution with procurement and Operations; monitor delivery status.
• Maintain Equipment Calibration and Equipment Loan records for accuracy.
• Enter timesheet data and report project progress to supervisors.
• Arrange travel for department staff and process travel expense claims.
• Prepare and issue invoices; work with Finance to resolve billing issues.
