ES Jesselton Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu is seeking an Admin & Sales Coordinator (Heavy Machinery) to handle sales enquiries and support customers through the order cycle, based at Inanam Industrial Estate, KK. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome with training provided, and you must travel to customer sites while liaising with our China counterparty.

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering; experience in heavy machinery industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - training will be provided
• Regular conversing with China counterparty will be required
• Outgoing and confident; enjoys meeting customers and building relationships
• Willing to travel to customer sites
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales enquiries and follow up leads from customers
• Visit customers and job sites to understand their machinery needs; travel within Sabah as required
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and delivery documents; follow each sale through to handover
• Provide sales admin support: maintain customer, machine and service records
• Coordinate service and parts requests between customers and our technical support team
• Follow up customer payments and assist with general office administration
