Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on online paid media experience for APP and Web products.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving growth with marketing efficiency in the North America market.
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across markets and cultures.

Responsibilities

Own performance of all online marketing channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic.
Collaborate with local teams on campaign strategy, media planning, and creative execution.
Analyze paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights.
Budget planning and optimization with a growth-hacking mindset.
