Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage a portfolio of global payroll clients from intake to payment processing. You will be the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, coordinate with international partners, and ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery across multiple countries.

Role requires strong customer service, Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and excellent communication. Mandarin fluency as verbal is a plus; experience with cross-country payrolls is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet client requirements.
• Generate, review, and analyze payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Track items and ensure timely payroll processing and compliance.
