Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Account Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee a portfolio of global payroll clients. You will be the primary contact for payroll-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple countries.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for payroll, operational, and service-related inquiries for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
• Coordinate internally to resolve issues and meet client expectations and conduct governance discussions.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and pay groups.
• Audit payroll calculations, validate data, and ensure timely payroll disbursements and statutory payments.
• Liaise with international payroll vendors, ICPs, and clients to address processing requirements.
• Generate, review, and analyze payroll reports and client-specific reports; track open items and ensure data accuracy.
