Job summary

ADP Malaysia is seeking a payroll professional to review and process client payroll transactions in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle end-to-end Malaysia payroll, ensure data validation, and meet defined SLA.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and knowledge of taxation and social security. You will work within a structured, client-focused environment and contribute to accurate, compliant payroll processing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing.
• Working knowledge of Excel required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Social Security, Taxation and money movement is desirable.
• Strong numerical ability and aptitude to learn payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client payroll transactions within defined SLA.
• Process month-end, statutory reports, and year-end activities accurately.
• Validate payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure payroll services meet client requirements and statutory obligations.
• Adhere to ADP quality standards and internal controls.
• Follow quality checks and controls on reports and inputs.
