Job summary

IPC Systems in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Junior Payroll Analyst to support global payroll processing and act as a back-up for North America, EMEA and APAC analysts. You will help document payroll workflows, support the rollout of a global payroll platform, and assist with monthly reporting as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of APAC payroll experience, plus strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years payroll experience for APAC region preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support daily payroll activities by backing up analysts across North America, EMEA and APAC.
• Maintain documentation of global payroll workflows and processes.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure timely data for hires, terminations, transfers and promotions.
• Provide documentation and reporting to accounting for accruals and inquiries.
• Assist with transitioning payroll processes to a global platform and support during implementation.
• Help with ad hoc payroll projects as needed.
