Job summary

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience in complex, multi-site, international organizations.
• Recognized Payroll Qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, audit, and validate HR data before submitting to payroll vendors.
• Handle secondary payroll tasks, final calculations, and vendor outputs.
• Prepare journal entries and work with accounting on variance analysis.
• Assist with shadow payroll administration for international assignees.
• Support year-end audit, tax preparation, and reporting.
