Job summary

Ant International is seeking a dedicated Payment Collection Operations Associate to support its Global Payment Collection Operations Team. The role follows UK working hours (night shift) and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth cross-border payments and collections.

Responsibilities include daily operations management, risk monitoring, SLA adherence, stakeholder collaboration, and driving process improvements through data-driven insights and automation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in cash management in international banks, financial institutions or fintech.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work UK hours (4pm–1am).
• Understanding of global clearing and settlement systems and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with cross-border business, payment and settlement preferred.
• Analytical, strategic thinking with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment and collection queries with timely resolution.
• Monitor transactions for risk, investigate abnormal activity and support risk control.
• Ensure SLA commitments are met and maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Drive process improvements via data-driven insights and automation.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other business initiatives.
