Qualifications

• Three+ years of cash management experience in international banks, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of major global clearing and settlement systems.
• Familiarity with cross-border payments and settlements.
• Collaborative, inquisitive mindset.
• Proactive with Agile or flexible to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations management of payment and collection queries.
• Monitor transactions, identify risks, investigate abnormal activity.
• Ensure SLA adherence and high service quality.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Develop and implement SOPs for new scenarios and regulatory changes.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.
