Job summary

The role focuses on end-to-end processing, bank reconciliation, incident handling, and performance reporting, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. A Diploma or degree and 3–5 years in payment operations are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in payment operations, banking operations, fintech, financial services, fund operations or related back-office.
• Minimum 1 year in leading a team or supervising daily operations.
• Hands-on experience in payment processing, bank account operations, settlement and reconciliation.
• Experience handling payment incidents or transaction disputes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the payment operations team on the assigned rotating shift.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of payment requests including verification, approval, execution and follow-up.
• Monitor bank accounts and payment channels to ensure sufficient funds.
• Coordinate fund allocations, transfers and account adjustments as required.
• Perform reconciliations between bank records and internal systems and investigate discrepancies.
