Becton, Dickinson and Company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Order Management professional to execute and manage customer orders for Greater China region, coordinating with planning, finance and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing. You will support service levels, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with SOX, ISO 13485, and BD policies while working across cultures and time zones.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in order management with 3-4 years' experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages a plus; Japanese JLPT N2 or N1 preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage Order Processing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability and with Finance for timely credit release.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure special instructions are understood and followed.
• Handle distributors/end customers order inquiries/complaints and run Open Order Status reports.
