Job summary

BD in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Order Management professional to coordinate order processing for regional customers, ensure stock availability, and collaborate with finance and logistics to deliver on time.

You will handle inquiries, run status reports, and maintain accurate master data, while adhering to SOX and ISO requirements. Fluent English and ability to work across time zones are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in order with 3-4 years in Customer Order Management.
• Highly customer & business oriented.
• Team player with ability to work cross culture.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Flexible to work in different global time zones.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages an asset.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2; N1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Order Processing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely credit release.
• Coordinate with Logistics for special instructions.
• Handle distributors/end customers order inquiries/complaints.
• Run Open Order Status reports for stakeholders.
• Review New Customer Creation Form and relay to MDO.
• Coordinate distributors/end customers claims for shipping discrepancies.
• Meet KPIs, IIGs, and Development Plan targets.
• Manage service levels for Customer Interface.
• Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure SOX, GDPMDS, and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Provide training to new Order Management Representatives.
