Zusammenfassung

Zhongda Shelf & Rack Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Shipping Admin to join our logistics team. This full-time role focuses on managing shipping documentation, coordinating freight, and ensuring smooth customs clearance for domestic and international shipments.

You will work with warehouse and production teams to prepare shipments, monitor status, and support cost analyses to optimise freight options.

Qualifikationen

Experience in shipping admin or customs in manufacturing/import-export.
Knowledge of shipping docs and customs clearance in Malaysia.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Good communication with internal teams and external partners.

Aufgaben

Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, invoices and customs declarations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and brokers to arrange shipments.
Monitor shipment status and update teams and customers on delivery timelines.
Ensure accuracy of shipping data and compliance with customs rules.
Maintain shipping records and filing system.
Liaise with warehouse and production teams to prepare shipments.
Handle customer inquiries related to shipments.
Assist with analysing shipping costs to optimize freight.
