Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistic Officer | Shipping to manage international shipments for our printer ink distribution network. Located in Kinrara, Puchong, Malaysia, this on-site role operates Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, with a focus on timely shipments and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing documents, negotiating freight prices, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of logistics (shipping) experience.
• Familiar with Incoterms and shipping documents.
• Proficient in Mandarin, BM and English for cross-border coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with forwarders and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare, organize and attach shipping documents and invoices.
• Negotiate transportation and freight prices with carriers.
• Work with shipping agencies to resolve customs issues.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers and customers regularly.
• Schedule shipments and track status; manage inventory levels.
• Prepare accurate invoices and handle related admin tasks.
