• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Improve internal workflows, track KPIs, and manage day-to-day business processes.
• Logistics: Coordinate all international shipping arrangements (imports and exports).
• Freight: Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance.
• Negotiate prices: Negotiate transportation and freight prices.
• Communicate: Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Solve problems: Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies.
• Inventory: Monitor stock levels of inks and components to prevent shortages.
• Leadership: Supervise warehouse and operations staff to streamline daily fulfillment.

About the Company

The client is a specialized office equipment and printing solutions merchant located in Kinrara, Puchong.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive, Operation & Freight to oversee day-to-day business operations, focusing heavily on international logistics, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency for the printer ink distribution network.

Location: Kinrara, Puchong, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office

Remuneration: Up toMYR 5,000

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Improve internal workflows, track KPIs, and manage day-to-day business processes.
