Job summary

Expeditors International is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional in Petaling Jaya to manage freight process flow, data entry, and shipment tracking. The role involves coordinating with customers and carriers to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of related experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Track and trace shipments as required.
• Interact with customers to arrange shipments and exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors (carriers, trucking companies).
• Meet KPI standards and comply with OPS and regulatory requirements.
