Job summary

Food Excellence Specialist Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage local and export shipments. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, hauliers and transport providers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields, 2–3 years of experience in logistics, and solid knowledge of incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admiration, or related functions
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or export operations
• Good knowledge of incoterms, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate local and export shipments
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, hauliers, and transport providers
• Prepare and check shipping and export documentation
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with inter-departments on delivery arrangements
• Obtain freight quotations and monitor logistics costs
• Ensure compliance with customs, export and import requirements
• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned
