Job summary

TSL EXPRESS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Logistics coordinator to manage import/export coordination, documentation, and client engagement within a fast-paced freight forwarder environment.

You will collaborate with clients, warehouse teams, forwarders, and transporters to ensure accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and compliant documentation while maintaining clear communication in Mandarin and English. Growth opportunities exist in a dynamic logistics team.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs & port procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Mandarin & English communication skills; other languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, warehouse teams, forwarders, and transporters
• Process POs, provide accurate quotations & ensure timely deliveries
• Manage rate inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain reports & ensure all procedures meet international trade regulations
