Job summary

Expeditors (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth import/export workflows, timely data entry, and accurate billing while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

You will work with OPS guidelines, meet KPI targets, and identify efficiency improvements. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a Diploma or Bachelor’s and good English with MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Track and trace Air Import files and ensure timely delivery of freight.
• Prepare documents for customs and ensure accurate client billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and maintain relationships.
• Meet KPI standards and comply with OPS and regulatory requirements.
