Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus.
• Good knowledge of computer and MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Effective interpersonal skills with clear communication.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Track and trace Air Import files via exp.o or airline sites/phone.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for imports.
• Ensure documents are sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Ensure accurate client and vendor billing.
