Job summary

EMPEROR MARINE MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking a Sales/Marketing Coordinator to assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in all related duties. The role involves preparing documentation for overseas shipments, coordinating with forwarders and banks, and supporting the team in invoicing, quotations, and customer inquiries.

You will monitor shipments, manage documentation, and maintain customer data while ensuring timely, accurate processing from Sitiawan, Perak.

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
Team player with resourcefulness and good judgement.
Self-motivated, proactive, organized and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales/Marketing Manager in all sales and marketing duties.
Prepare documentation for overseas shipments; coordinate with forwarder/liner.
Monitor shipment progress with cargo readiness and container status.
Liaise with bank officers on export documentation; report to superior.
Issue invoices, DO, GRN, Proforma, and packing lists with signatures.
Handle quotations, orders, inquiries, packaging, artwork, and payments.
Maintain customer database; monitor debt and aging; manage credit limits.
Coordinate with auditor and health certificate applications as needed.
Support sales staff; receive customer calls, record messages, and arrange deliveries.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.
