Qualifications

• 3+ years in an LMS environment with Cornerstone, Degreed or Xyleme.
• Experience in managing courses, curricula, and user enrollments.
• Excellent Mandarin and English communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance and end-user support for LMS/LXP, partner with providers to stay updated on specs.
• Manage courses, curricula, certifications, and user enrollments across platforms.
• Create and maintain training content, job aids, and documentation for business processes.
• Produce engaging digital course interfaces and instructional graphics, translating concepts into visuals.
• Ensure quality through audits and manual testing before and after deployment.
