Job summary

Sitecore in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Learning Engagement Specialist to drive awareness, adoption, and operational excellence across Sitecore Learning programs. You will engage learners, communicate effectively, coordinate programs, and produce reports that demonstrate impact.

Working with internal teams and customers worldwide, you will manage registrations, certifications, and learner activity, build engaging content, support LMS processes, and help ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people across audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with data and reporting; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
• Experience creating communications or supporting social media channels.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently.
• Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for meetings outside standard hours (EMEA time).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute communications that promote learning programs and events.
• Create engaging content for internal and external channels (LinkedIn, Slack, newsletters, emails).
• Drive learner engagement through campaigns, reminders, and promotions.
• Monitor registrations, attendance, certifications, and learner engagement metrics.
• Analyze engagement data to improve participation and adoption.
• Partner with internal teams to amplify learning initiatives.
• Respond to learner inquiries from shared inboxes in a timely manner.
• Update training documentation and knowledge bases.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards on registrations and activity.
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements.
• Handle recurring enablement tasks and weekly vouchers.
• Create and manage training-related orders in Salesforce and other systems.
• Analyze learner feedback to improve the learning experience.
