CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Kuala Lumpur to support LMS and regional leadership programs. You will manage case workflows, troubleshoot LMS issues, and maintain dashboards while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

The role focuses on delivering compliant, well-communicated training programs with strong collaboration across global teams and internal clients within CBRE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Proficient in using LMS and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision and delegate tasks.
• Excellent problem solving skills for escalations.
• Able to lead and support initiatives and projects.

Responsabilités

• Disseminate training related communications and manage case ownership.
• Administer the case management tool and handle escalations.
• Manage escalated LMS enquiries and perform level 2 troubleshooting.
• Maintain LMS dashboard reporting and design curricula.
• Coordinate regional programs with vendors and stakeholders.
• Build reports by extracting data from LMS for analysis.
• Design regional communications and ensure CBRE branding compliance.
