Job summary

Lam Research in Kulim, Malaysia seeks a Learning Specialist 4 to partner with site leaders in translating business needs into capability-building solutions. You will manage the site learning portfolio, design and deliver learning experiences, and drive leadership effectiveness and faster productivity across the site.

You will work with leaders, HR, SMEs, and vendors to curate applied learning journeys, toolkits, and blended programs while applying adult learning and inclusive design principles.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing needs and designing learning solutions end-to-end.
• Experience partnering with leaders and stakeholders in matrixed environments.
• Experience onboarding, integration, learning measurement, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Learning, OD, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Understand LMM KM business priorities, workforce changes, capability gaps, and learning needs.
• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, managers, and stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and determine suitable learning solutions.
• Translate needs into a prioritized site learning roadmap aligned to business and talent priorities.
• Manage site learning initiatives from discovery and design through delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
• Set objectives, milestones, roles, risks, communications, and resource needs.
• Coordinate delivery with internal partners, facilitators, vendors, and regional or global teams.
• Track portfolio health, participation, learner experience, risks, and impact; share updates and recommendations.
