Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd.

seeks a Learning & Development Specialist 4 to act as the site learning partner for LMM KM, translating business needs into practical capability-building solutions. You will manage the site learning portfolio, partner with leaders and HR stakeholders, and design, facilitate, and improve learning experiences that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, culture, and productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years in L&D, OD, Talent Development, or HR fields.
Experience diagnosing needs and designing, facilitating, and managing learning solutions end-to-end.
Experience with onboarding, integration, and learning measurement in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into capability-building solutions and manage the site learning portfolio.
Partner with leaders, HRBPs, managers, and stakeholders to diagnose needs and determine solutions.
Design and deliver workshops, learning journeys, toolkits, and blended experiences.
Apply adult learning, accessibility, and behavior-change principles in programs.
Measure impact, track adoption, and report on portfolio health and outcomes.
Coordinate delivery with facilitators, vendors, and regional/global teams.
