Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a similar field, with excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional‑design models.
• 3-5 years of experience developing online and in-person learning experiences.
• Experienced in end‑to‑end instructional design projects and creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content across formats (courses, videos, handouts, MOOC-style courses).
• Manage Workday Learning LMS configuration, content, tracking and reporting.
• Deliver live training sessions and webinars across regions and time zones.
• Coordinate training delivery logistics and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with external vendors and business stakeholders to meet learning needs.
