Job summary

Alfred H Knight is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager for our Johor team to support key client accounts across our global inspection and testing operations. You will lead a high-performing, client-focused team delivering prompt, accurate updates and end-to-end service delivery.

The role requires experience in key account management within technical services, strong stakeholder communication, and a solid grasp of ISO quality frameworks. Occasional cross-site collaboration may be expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal, across levels in UK and overseas.
• Proven experience in key account or client relationship management in technical/service environments.
• Experience with quality management systems and compliance (ISO).
• Strong understanding of WSMD and job management processes.
• Familiarity with OSCAR and related systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts within a team and for senior management.
• Proven problem prevention and resolution abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Solid understanding of service delivery workflows and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a productive, high-performing team.
• Oversee end-to-end quotation, appointment acknowledgement and internal communications.
• Coordinate information and incident updates and final reporting of job details.
• Support senior management and ensure right-first-time service delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
