Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented insurance processing specialist to perform routine transactions, prepare policy documents and bill premiums following set guidelines. This role involves data-entry, analysis and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong English skills and accuracy are essential. You will work shifts aligned to ANZ, NAM, ME, UK time zones, contributing to timely client service and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• General insurance knowledge/experience preferred.
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing / Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
• Strong command and comprehension of English (oral and written) is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Process routine insurance transactions per guidelines.
• Verify and issue policy documents and bill premiums.
• Communicate with Producing Office, Multinational Risk Practitioner, Underwriter or clients to collect information.
• Organize and maintain electronic databases.
• Review, investigate and rectify all rework issues.
