Job summary

ReSource Pro in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Insurance Operations Executive to support US-based clients in end-to-end insurance operations. This permanent, full-time non-voice role requires high accuracy, structured processes, and the ability to work in an international environment.

The onboarding date is anticipated in September or October 2026. Diploma or degree holders with strong English and MS Office skills are encouraged to apply. SOCSO/EIS/EPF and paid public holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Good command of written and reading English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong learning agility and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Prior experience in insurance, BPO, shared services, operations, administration, or customer support will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance-related transactions and policy updates accurately in English-based systems.
• Review, verify, extract, maintain, and update insurance information according to client requirements.
• Follow detailed workflows and client-specific instructions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and identify discrepancies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Manage assigned tasks within required turnaround times and productivity expectations.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients through written English correspondence.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
