Job summary

ReSource Pro in Kuala Lumpur is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our Backend Client Services team to support US-based insurance clients with end-to-end operational tasks. This permanent, full-time, non-voice role offers a structured onboarding and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Based in Malaysia, you will handle insurance transactions, data extraction, and quality checks while communicating in written English.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Good command of written and reading English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong learning agility and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Prior experience in insurance, BPO, shared services, operations, administration, or customer support will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance-related transactions and policy updates accurately in English-based systems.
• Review, verify, extract, maintain, and update insurance information according to client requirements.
• Follow detailed workflows and client-specific instructions while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and identify discrepancies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Manage assigned tasks within required turnaround times and productivity expectations.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients through written English correspondence.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Backend Client Services role, you will support US-based insurance clients by handling end-to-end operational tasks, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction in an international environment.***This is a permanent, full-time position. Non-voice role, No night shift.

Please note that, based on current business requirements, the tentative onboarding date for this role is expected to be in September or October 2026.
